What is the Flatbush Frolic?

The Flatbush Frolic is street fair like no other. Food & Fun. Arts & Crafts. Kids Games, Live Bands and much, much more. It’s a country fair Flatbush Brooklyn Style!

Where is it?

It’s on Cortelyou Road between Coney Island Avenue and Ocean Avenue

When’s it taking place?

Sunday, September 16th, 2012 – 11am to 6pm

What kinds of activities will be going on?

All kinds of things!   The festivities kick off with a parade. There is an opening ceremony.  Festival goers party to music and play fun activities at our   and on into the evening.

Will there be live music?

Yes there will be great live entertainment of all kinds.

What kind of food will be available?

Many of the shops on Cortelyou Road will have booths selling their wares. In addition there will be many vendors selling goodies at the the Frolic from Coney Island Avenue to the east.

Who is putting on this event?

FDC – The Flatbush Development Corporation, a non-profit organization whose mission is to enhance the quality of life for all segments of the Flatbush community. Meteor Festival is coordinating the vendors for the 2012 Frolic.
