			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Welcome to the 36th Annual Flatbush Frolic which will be held from 11am-5pm on Sunday, September 16th, 2012.</p>
<p>Frolickers of all kinds are welcome &#8211; Vendors, shoppers, musicians, families, paraders and more.</p>
<p>Please contact the Flatbush Development Corporation to rent a space, register your group for the Banner Parade, or get more info about the Frolic, Brooklyn&#8217;s home-grown street festival. Our community, one of the most diverse in New York City, celebrates together &#8211; its not just tube socks and sausages (although we have them, too).</p>
<p>We look forward to seeing you in September!</p>
